Pastors for NC Children will be one of the speakers at the upcoming Wilson NAACP Education Committee Event “Lifting Our Children: A Community Conversation on Policy and Education.” It will be held on Tuesday, April 28th  at the Sally B. Howard School. It is located at 1004 Herring Ave E, Wilson, NC 27893. Doors open at 6:00pm and the event begins at 6:30. Rev. Suzanne Parker Miller will be speaking along with Dr. Heather Kilbourne, Senior Director of the Faith in Rural Communities Program at the NC Rural Center, and Sheriff Calvin Woodard with the P.A.T.H.S.
