ELEVATE

EQUIP
Pastors for North Carolina Children brings to light the complex set of issues facing public school children and the policy decisions that can help.
We share our knowledge so, together, we can push for a school system that better aligns resources with student needs.
We host a variety of programs, including:
- speaking engagements
- workshops
- Bible study
- small groups
- retreats
- leading worship and preaching
Presentation topics can be tailored to fit the needs of your group, and can include discussion points on:
- What your group knows about local schools and perspectives from other communities.
- How policy and funding decisions at state and local levels can help alleviate unmet needs.
- Living out our faith and making a difference in our world.
- Tips for getting involved in advocacy.
Join us in voicing community concerns directly to education decision makers.

Our campaign takes the message of LOVE for our children straight to lawmakers and demands equity in education.

COMMUNITY BUILDING

CONNECT
In calling for faith communities to support public education, Pastors for North Carolina Children is growing our network of congregations united in this common cause.
We also cultivate relationships with students, families, teachers, community leaders, advocacy organizations, and policy experts to inform our outreach.
For Faith Leaders
Pastors for North Carolina Children hosts a Monthly Leaders Gathering on the third Wednesday of the month from 10-11 a.m.
This informal zoom call invites any faith leaders (clergy or not) to join in a discussion with other’s interested in the conversation around public education and faith on what’s happening in education in NC this month.
We share updates, announcements, and network with one another across the state who share a passion for helping our children and public schools.
For Organizers
If you are part of a congregation, community group, or advocacy organization, let's talk about how to help each other. We look forward to partnering with groups from all across North Carolina.
