University United Methodist in Chapel Hill, NC held a seminar series and book study have alerted participants to the challenges and threats that Christian Nationalism pose to proclamation of the word of God. Now you are probably wondering- what
can I do? On August 23rd, from 9 AM to 10:15 AM, we will host Rev. Suzanne Miller, Executive Director of Pastors for NC Children. She will lead a workshop focused on equipping faith communities for advocacy at the local, state and federal levels. We look forward to seeing you on August 23rd as we continue to raise the message of the Gospel to combat Christian Nationalism.
Equipping Faith Communities for Advocacy
All are invited (your Sunday School class, individuals, guests) to attend this timely workshop where we will learn how we can put our convictions to work.
